Who Delivers Your Order

Orders delivered to Switzerland or Liechtenstein are sold and shipped by Theralpine AG, Wolleraustrasse 41a, 8807 Freienbach, Switzerland, from our warehouse in Switzerland.

Orders delivered to all other countries are sold and shipped by THERALPINE LLP, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom, from our warehouse in the EU.

Rhone and Chillers

We offer free shipping on our Rhone ice bath and chillers to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom

Accessories

We currently offer free shipping on accessory orders of CHF 99.99 or more to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

We currently offer free shipping on accessory orders of €99.99 or more to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain

We currently offer free shipping on accessory orders of €199.99 or more to the following countries:

Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal, Romania, Sweden

For orders below the applicable minimum order value for free shipping, a shipping fee applies. The amount for your order is shown at checkout before you place your binding order.

If your country is not listed above, we may still be able to ship to you. Please contact us at hello@theralpine.com to request a shipping quote.

Shipping Carrier

We ship with established, insured parcel and freight carriers. Within the EU and to the United Kingdom and Norway, we currently ship primarily with DHL. Within Switzerland and Liechtenstein, we ship with Swiss freight and parcel carriers. Depending on destination and product size, we choose the carrier that offers the most reliable delivery for your order. Once your order ships, you receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. For deliveries outside the EU, Switzerland and Liechtenstein, processing can take up to 4 business days due to customs documentation. Once dispatched, delivery times are generally:

  • Switzerland and Liechtenstein: 2 to 5 business days
  • EU countries: 3 to 8 business days
  • The United Kingdom, Norway and other non-EU destinations: 7 to 14 business days

For products available for pre-order, the delivery time expressly stated on the product page and at checkout applies. If a delay nevertheless occurs, we will inform you promptly. Your statutory rights in case of late delivery remain unaffected.

Customs & Import Duties

Switzerland and Liechtenstein: we ship from our warehouse in Switzerland. Our prices include Swiss VAT, and no customs clearance fees or import duties apply.

EU countries: we ship from our warehouse in the EU. Customs clearance fees and import duties do not apply.

United Kingdom, Norway and other non-EU countries: import VAT, customs duties and clearance fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery.

Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made curbside only. Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
  • We charge additional delivery costs only where you are responsible for the failed delivery, for example absence despite an agreed delivery date, and this causes us additional costs.
  • Please inspect the shipment on arrival and note any visible damage to the packaging on the carrier's delivery receipt.
  • All items ship in sturdy cardboard boxes.
